LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'American Idol' Season 21 is wrapping up the last day of auditions in week 6. Kaylin Hedges and Tyson Venegas won the platinum ticket, with more talented singers grabbing the golden ticket to Hollywood. However, there are still some aspiring singers left to show their impressive vocals.
Jayna Elise is among the hopefuls who will serenade in front of the judges, Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie. Reality TV show enthusiasts might recognize Jayna as she has previously appeared on 'America Got Talent' Season 11. Read to know more about Jayna.

Who is Jayna Elise?
Jayne, who also goes by the name Jayne Brown, originally belongs to Baltimore-Washington but currently is a resident of Los Angeles. Jayna started singing as a passion when she was just 4. But decided to transform her passion into her career when she was 10. Jayne has been singing and writing songs since a young age and attended the Duke Ellington School of the Arts High School. Notably, Jayna credited her high school for helping her to develop her artistry. Jayna has appeared in Season 11 of 'America’s Got Talent' and made it to the Semifinals. Since then, she has risen to fame and has released several songs on streaming platforms.
Jayna made her singing debut with a three-track EP, 'Flowers and Petals' in 2020. Her most recent credit includes, 'Lionheart' which was released in the fall of 2021. Janya has also collaborated with LA producer Kosta Lois for a dance video titled 'More.' Additionally, Boyz II Men reshared Jayne's cover of 'End of the Road' with Kyng Music, and Avli Music. Besides singing, Jayna has also done a bit of acting. She is also a social media sensation with more than 80k followers on Instagram. Jayna appeared in Tyler Perry's film, 'Madea’s Neighbors from Hell.' Jayne is currently working in the Brill Building publishing label and is set to try her luck to become the next singing sensation.

Jayna will audition in week 6 of 'American Idol'. ABC network has released the first-look photos of the singing sensation. Jayna looked stunning in a black leather jacket paired with flared jeans. Jayna also shared her excitement on her social media. She shared a carousel of photos flaunting different quirky poses for the cameras. Alongside the photos, Jayna simply teased, "It’s happeninggg!!!! Catch me on American Idol this Sunday at 7/8c." She shared a follow-up selfie, captioning, "That Idol Glow! Don’t forget to tune in this Sunday at 8/7c to catch ya girl 🤭💛."
