The Bloodhound ‘Old Ways, New Dawn’ Event may have just come to an end, but Respawn Entertainment doesn’t plan on leaving us empty-handed for long as the Monsters Within Halloween Event is set to start in Apex Legends later this week.
Monsters Within is looking to be a massive event for Apex Legends fans, so if you’re like us and would much rather sit in and play Apex Legends instead of trick or treating, here’s everything you need to know.

Apex Legends Monsters Within Start Time & Date
The Apex Legends Monsters Within Event will officially begin on Tuesday, October 12th and will last for a total of 3 weeks before it comes to an end on Tuesday, November 2nd.
An official start time for the Monsters Within Apex Legends Event has now been confirmed by Twitter user Shrugtal, who states it will be launching at 6 pm BST/1 pm ET/10 am PT.

What Is The Monsters Within Apex Legends Event?
Spooky Season is officially upon us, as we’ve entered the month of October we’re seeing more and more Halloween Events be announced. Most recently is Apex Legends’ Monsters Within Event.
The Event will feature a brand new Arenas Map called Encore. Located near Seer’s home planet, Boreas, Encore is open and offers strong environmental awareness and requires good teamwork and strategy to win.
Shadow Royale is also set to return in the final week of the event, as well as plenty of rewards, challenges, and Halloween-themed skins to get your hands on. More details can be found on the official Apex Legends website.
What is Shadow Royale?
Shadow Royale is a darker take on the usual Battle Royale in which dead squadmates return to life as a shadow. In this Shadow form, players will be able to continue on as usual until the last player on the team is eliminated.
