Beyoncé, mogul mama, full of grace, has given us one more reason to adore her. Thanks to eagle-eyed Twitter user @ronyonce, we now have a new item to add to our Ivy Park wish lists: a backless velvet ball cap that—no hyperbole—changes everything.
If you've got curls, you're probably familiar with the unfortunate flattening effect that hats can have. Pop one on your head on the way to work and you've got a weird dome-shaped mass of hair to contend with by the time you get to the office. Women with tight and coarse curls face the added (dreaded) dilemma of trying to get their hair to fit into a hat in the first place.
If you're thinking, Big deal, throw your hair up into a ponytail and stick it through the snapback hole in the back—please note that fitting a sizable amount of curly or coiled hair through one of those little gaps is like trying to squeeze a water balloon through the hole in a doughnut. It's ridiculous and frustrating, and everything starts to crumble after a hot minute. But you can now wear a baseball cap even if you've got massive curls. I, for one, think this is big deal, and the Internet agrees with me:
