Chained Echoes - Any walk through ?

So far there do not seem to be any missables. Defeating the final boss puts you back into the world just before the boss, so you can still explore everywhere after the story.

Edit: I ran into a new enemy called Soul Hoarder that has frozen my game three times in a row during it's death animation... I brushed it off the first time it happened, but after three consecutive times (in two different battles) I think it might need a patch, unless someone else can kill one of these things without the game freezing.

Tried doing it with less party members, still froze...

Drop your party down to two! I was able to get pass them with just two characters in party

Edit 2: I think the loot Life's Light might be missable. (You need 1 for the Deals achievement) It is listed as a common drop, but I guess I was unlucky.
This guy can drop it when you are in the mine shaft -

I cannot find a way back down into the mine...
You need to talk to a goblin down in Organe Grottos who dropped the Miner key nearby.
