Fallout 4 (Windows) - Achievements with mods?

Just wondering whether anyone has any idea if mods and F4SE will be compatible with this version, and whether mods will affect achievements.

I saw on a previous thread that console commands don't affect achievements, and other games such as Starbound have an option in the Xbox PC app itself to allow mods. So does anyone know any more about this, I'd seriously consider another playthrough of Fallout 4 with Sim Settlements (and Skyrim with Legacy of the Dragonborn!) if I can have mods.
