THIS JUST IN: Nope, despite the fact that two photo agencies have labeled that photo Joe Jonas, another savvy Glamour staffer took one look at that pic and was like, "no way. It's Dominic Cooper." And she's right! So if you guessed DC, good for you--and if you didn't, at least we don't have to feel like we're losing our minds now.*
