Created by Doug Moench and Don Perlin, Moon Knight is a fictional superhero character from Marvel Comics. In Dinsey Plus’ upcoming TV show, Oscar Isaac is playing the role of Steven Grant or Marc Spector, a.k.a Moon Knight.

The story revolves around the life of Steven Grant, who is a regular employee at a gift shop. Steven regularly suffers from blackouts, and he struggles in differentiating between real life and his dreams.

Is Moon Knight British?

The obvious reason why people want to know if Moon Knight is British or not is because of his British accent. But according to the comics, Marc Spector was born in Chicago, Illinois, in a Jewish-Amerian family. He even escaped to join the US Marine Corps and served in Force Recon for 3 Years.

The possible reason why the character is shown to have a British accent can be a consequence of his Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), which sometimes makes him relive the memories of his previous life. And this is the same reason why Steven cannot differentiate between his dreams and real life.
