If there was anyone I wish I could have gone back and interviewed, it would have been Patrick Swayze. They don't make leading men like him anymore (sorry, Gosling fans!). Whether it was Dirty Dancing or Ghost, he was the epitome of s-e-x-y. So, as my Valentine's gift to you guys, I've rounded up the five steamiest and most romantic scenes from Dirty Dancing. 1. We're Introduced to "Hungry Eyes"
*As much as I love "(I've Had) The Time of My Life," "Hungry Eyes" is the sexier song, hands down. Key moments in the scene: When Johnny puts Baby's hand on his chest and holds his hand on top of hers while he counts steps, Jennifer Grey in bikini briefs, and when Johnny smiles at her for the first time as she finally nails the first step of many. Bonus: Patrick Swayze's back muscles as he pivots back and forth. And then, of course, his hand grazing the outline of her silhouette. I mean, does it get any better? Well, yes, if it were me instead of Jennifer Grey in that scene, then yes, yes it does. *
2. The Practicing of the Lifts
You immediately thought of Johnny and Baby practicing in the water, didn't you? And who could blame you? Aside from the freezing cold temps that day, Jennifer and Patrick made that scene pretty memorable. But the sexier moment comes a few minutes prior when they practice on the log in the middle of the woods and Johnny grins before motioning for her to walk to him. THAT is the start of the shift in their relationship, and as subtle as it is, it's a damn important one.
