Kengan Ashura Season 2 Officially Confirmed by Netflix

Recently, Netflix confirmed that Kengan Ashura’s sequel is in production, and here’s everything you need to know about it.

Kengan Ashura is a popular anime series based on a manga series by Yabako Sandrovich. The story follows the journey of Ohma Tokita, a warrior who is powerful enough to crush any enemy in front of him. Netflix picked up Ohma’s story for an anime adaptation and premiered 24 episodes of the series in two parts.

The anime community loved the anime series for its spectacular characters, voice acting, and of course, jaw-dropping action sequences. However, since the first season of anime concluded, fans have been wondering if there’s more to Ohma’s story.

Kengan Ashura Season 2 Confirmed

After a frustratingly long wait, Netflix officially announced Season 2 of Kengan Ashura, and that’s not it. Interestingly, the sequel season of the popular anime series is already in production. So, you can expect an official trailer for the second season soon.

Netflix surprised the fans by giving a fantastic quality in season 1, so it’s safe to say that the second season won’t be any different.

According to Manga Mogura on Twitter, the sequel season of Kengan Ashura will cover the entirety of the manga. Meaning Season 2 will give us the manga’s ending, so it will definitely be the end of the road for Ohma’s story.

Netflix hasn’t confirmed any release window for the anime’s return. Also, we don’t know how many episodes season 2 will feature. Nevertheless, we might hear something about the sequel from the streaming platform in the coming months.
