Lauren Conrad pretty regularly posts healthy eating tips and recipes to her blog, and sometimes she throws in some fitness advice too. Most recently, she posted a three-week, three-move fitness challenge to help her readers maintain their beach-ready bodies from the summer—take a look!
Her plan involves doing every single one of these things, every single day for three weeks:
100 crunches
That's it! It seems pretty...doable, don't you think? She says that you'll notice yourself getting stronger and more toned in no time with this challenge. Oh, and she also suggests drinking lemon water three times a day to help detox your body and cut bloat (Lauren's always been a lemon water fan), and remembering to stick with a healthy eating plan too.
