Lefties playing righty and righties playing lefty

Another leftie here playing right handed - but I putt left-handed for some reason. I think its because I feel I use my forehand stroke when putting, but my backhand when using the other clubs. I actually putted right-handed (with the yips) for ages before trying left-handed and I certainly had that "wow this is soo much easier" feeling when I changed over.

For me the golf swing is a backhand swing, and the putt is a forehand swing. Don't ask me why. Cricket I'm right-handed too, but snooker, darts, tennis, writing, most other things (except knife and fork for some reason) I'm left handed.

I don't think its affected me negatively. I used to have a slightly out-to-in swing, but with a bit of practice I fixed it. It's also handy to be able to play the occasional left-handed chip shot if I need to.
