Mariah Carey's 90s Fashion Flashback: Are You Feeling It?

It wasn't the first time we saw Mariah revisiting her favorite 90s look--check out the photo on the left of Mariah in mid-September promoting her new movie, Precious, in Toronto, and on the right at the Blockbuster Awards in 1998. A difference of more than a decade, and yet it's almost a mirror image--a cleavage-revealing spaghetti strap dress, plenty of leg, and that same bedhead-inspired 'do.
