Losene Keita had an eventful night at OKTAGON 45.
The lightweight champion and interim featherweight titleholder got the chance to unify the 145lb division against Mate Sanikidze at the Central Tennis Court Štvanic in Prague on Saturday night.

However, he ended up suffering his first career defeat in the worst way possible.
Keita broke his leg in the opening moments of the fight but continued to compete for several minutes before the pain became too much for him.
Following an innocuous wrestling exchange, the Belgian MMA star stood up, hobbled away, and refused to fight on before the referee stepped in to wave off OKTAGON’s latest main event.
Keita was in agony as he dropped to the floor and allowed medical staff to look at the injury that left him with an 11-1 professional record.
“I always come to put a show, but yesterday it didn't went like expected,” he wrote alongside pictures from his first loss and a video of an X-ray of his broken leg,
“Unfortunately the fight was stopped after I broke my leg with my first kick, in the first minute of the fight.
"I'm convinced that this is not the way Sanikidze wanted to win the fight, we should have a rematch to settle things in a proper way.
“This is not over yet, I'll be back!”

Before he went to the hospital and got official confirmation about his horrific injury, Keita summoned strength to propose to his girlfriend on live television.
The 25-year-old got down on one knee and asked: "Will you marry me?"
Disappointment from the fight ending too soon turned to joy as she accepted his proposal and even gave him a kiss as everyone inside the arena cheered.
Keita’s leg is now in a cast, and he is starting his recovery journey.
He’ll almost certainly rematch Sanikidze when he has returned to full fitness.
In the meantime, Keita can begin wedding planning with his new fiancee.
