One Direction playing at Lucas Oil Stadium Friday

Pop stars One Direction are bringing their show to Central Indiana, with a date at Lucas Oil Stadium scheduled for Friday

The stop is part of the band's tour to promote their new album, FOUR, which was be released Nov. 17, 2014.

One Direction's North America tour started July 9, 2015 in San Diego and includes 17 cities along with Indianapolis. They'll also be touring Australia, Japan and southeast Asia.

"We could not be more excited about the new tour. We've started rehearsing songs from the new album and can't wait for the fans to hear them live. We're just so very thankful to our amazingly loyal fans - they make it possible for us to play in these incredible places and continue to surprise us every day with their unwavering support," said band member Niall.
