Paige Yukiko Tamada was born on January 11, 1987, in Los Angeles, California, United States of America.

She attended LILA, a French American school in Santa Ana, California. Afterwards, she got admitted to the University of California, Berkeley, where she got her Bachelor’s degree, majoring in English.

Tamada began her career as a Hollywood actress in 1991 at the age of six. It is not clear who encouraged her to start acting at a young age. Her first screen appearance was on the hit NBC show, The Fresh Prince Of  Bel Air, alongside Hollywood star, Will Smith. The show aired from 1991 to 1996.
