Kitchen Kids Basic Culinary and Restaurant Education Course for ages 8-13 will include basic cooking and baking, food safety, restaurant etiquette and operations and will culminate in a four-course graduation dinner for two family members or friends on the last day, Thursday, prepared and served by the students in our mock restaurant.  Each student will receive an embroidered Chef's Apron & Hat with their name, measuring spoons & measuring cup and a class course book.  Students will prepare their lunch daily.  Please contact us for special dietary requirements.

This 4 Day Culinary Course will teach:

* Principles of Food Safety in the Kitchen

* Best Practices for Food Preparation

* Basic Kitchen Tools and Measurements

* How to Create and make their own Charcuterie Boards for an Appetizer

* How to Create and make a Main Course Meal and Dessert

* Learn Customer Service and Table Etiquette for Dining

* Presentation Skills and Basic Restaurant Operations with Role Playing

Class size limited to 12 Students.

No Refunds.  Credit may be given toward a future class or event at Pineapple Kitchen.

Camp will be held Monday through Thursday 10AM - 4PM.

Camp dates are June 6-9, 13-16, 20-23, 27-30 & July 11-14, 18-21, 25-28 & August 1 -4, 2022.

Camp is for children ages 8-13 years.
