PW Santa Fe Alcos, 204 vs. 208

From the "2nd" generation of Alcos made by Lionel, or the "cheaper" generations of Alcos if you prefer, Lionel made an attractive Santa Fe A-A combination in freight colours from 1957 (204), and 58 to 59 (208).

Here is the question, 2 different sources (a book and a website) have differing information on what the difference is between the 204 and the 208.

One says the only difference is the 208 lacks a light in the dummy, while both the 204 and 208 have an operating diesel horn while the other source stated that the 204 did NOT have an operating diesel horn, while the 208 does, and that is the only difference between the two.

Does anyone know what the correct story is here???
