Nickelodeon’s Avatar: The Last Airbender is a popular American animated TV series. Avatar’s story features Aang, a 12-year-old who is on a journey to put an end to Fire Nation’s war. Interestingly, the show is set in a world where some people can bend four elements — Water, air, earth, and fire, to do some amazing things.
Avatar has millions of fans from around the world. That’s why the announcement of a new original Avatar series is exciting for a lot of people.

‘Avatar’ Earth Day Original Series Release Date
According to the official announcement, the new Avatar: The Last Airbender series will release on Sunday, April 24th, 2021.
Interestingly, the upcoming Avatar series will release as part of the three-day Earth Day 2021 weekend event. If you don’t know already, Earth day 2021 is set to be celebrated on April 22. However, Avatar: The Last Airbender’s Earth Day celebration will last until Sunday, April 24, 2021.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any specific details on the upcoming original series. We don’t know if it will be a full-length series (doubtful) or a series of animated shorts. Also, we don’t know how many episodes the series will feature. Honestly, like everyone, we are also excited to see how it all unfolds.
