Rhea Ripley continues to be the funniest on the live show circuit. In the latest viral video, the Women’s World Champion is seen blowing a flying kiss to the WWE announcer and her alleged girlfriend, Samantha Irvin. After the kiss, she also told Irvin to “suck it” in iconic DX fashion.
The WWE Universe reacts to the hilarious video explaining the situation. Irvin revealed that it was during the DX Cam during the show, as she provided context to Ripley’s action. Samantha Irvin and Rhea Ripley have been exchanging hilarious words on Twitter for the past few weeks. This has been going on since a few weeks ago when Ripley started flirting with Irvin on a house show.
The story also involved backstage interviewer Cathy Kelley, who mockingly called herself Rheea Ripley’s girlfriend. She also revealed that she felt cheated and wanted to talk to Ripley about the matter. The exchange is getting a lot of attention from the fans, as all women are popular in their work.
Rhea Ripley is currently not involved in any feud of her own, as she accompanied her Judgment Day members to their matches on Raw. However, it is being teased that Ripley might defend her title at SummerSlam against Raquel Rodriguez. The two were in a tag team during their time in NXT and were also former NXT Women’s Champions.
Rhea Ripley reaches 100 days as Women’s World Champion
Ripley has been dominant since winning the SmackDown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 39. She defeated Charlotte Flair in a spectacular match that was acclaimed by fans and critics. In June, a new championship was introduced and awarded to Rhea as the SmackDown Champion.
Rhea Ripley had her first challenger in the form of Zelina Vega. The two faced each other at Backlash, which took place in Vega’s home country of Puerto Rico. Vega could not defeat Ripley in her first title defense; however, she received a standing ovation from the crowd. Ripley then faced Natalya at the Night of Champions in a squash match, which she defeated in less than 70 seconds.
Recently, Ripley finished 100 days as a champion. This is her longest reign ever with any championship, bettering her previous reign as Raw Women’s Champion, which lasted for 98 days. It is rumored that Ripely might have to defend her title against former Tag Team partner Raquel Rodriguez at SummerSlam, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
