Shake Shack one of three new restaurants headed to Huntersville project – WSOC TV

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C — Three restaurants have signed on to this Huntersville project. Birkdale Landing has nabbed Shake Shack, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and Inizio Pizza Napoletana.

That retail-and-office project is located across from Birkdale Village, at the intersection so Sam Furr Road and Birkdale Commons Parkway in Huntersville.

“We are thrilled to welcome these well-known local and national concepts, which will be instrumental in revitalizing Birkdale Landing and establishing it as a food and dining destination for the Lake Norman area,” says Paul Darden, senior development manager with Fairway Investments.
