Sugar Daddy achievement in Borderlands 2 (Xbox 360)

As everyone has mentioned, dashboarding is the key to getting the achievement but also not hindering your character by being flat broken afterwards.

If you're like me and you play solo a lot as well, so you can still get this achievement in a few hours early game. Just be sure to grab everything (guns, grenade mods, shields, etc) that you can sell and sell them as often as you can.

Also, if you swing by the Black Market (purple door right outside of Moxxi's), you can upgrade your backpack slots for a fee, allowing you to carry more/sell more.

As for Moxxi, she is found in the town of Sanctuary. In the video, I show her location, the unlocking of the achievement, and me dashboarding and reloading to show that you get to keep your money.

If you continue to pay Moxxi you can earn guns and a cut scene with her. Most report getting their first gun from her between $15k-$20k and receiving another when paying her an additional $30k. Again though, none of this is necessary for the achievement.
