Upon arrival in the Bridge District Lieutenant Aegisfield will warn you about several gruesome murders and to be on your guard; however being the hero you are we decide to investigate. Below is the path of the investigation, I have kept is minimal to reduce spoilers:

1 Speak to Rumpah - purchase his key evidence for 100gp

2 Rose Bouquet - pay 20gp for her key evidence about smelling

3 Bel Dalemark (DAY TIME) - Visit Bel market stall and talk about guril berries and obtain 3 items which smell similar. Also mention the item Rumpah gave you.
4, Return to Rose with the 3 items from Bel.

5 Faraji/ Mrs Cragmoon (Daytime) - speak with Faraji first then Mrs Cragmoon day time.
