This Is What Disney Movies Would Look Like Reimagined as Tim Burton Films

Tim Burton is known for putting his signature gothic style onto already dark tales, from Beetlejuice to Edward Scissorhands to The Nightmare Before Christmas. But would happen if Burton got his hands (or, more specifically, his pen) on some of our favorite Disney fairy tales, swapping out fluffy animated friends and ROYGBIV colors with his quirky stick figures and moody palette? Thanks to Moscow-based artist and animator Andrew Tarusov, we now have that visual—and it's even more disturbing than we could have imagined. Tarusov created Burton-style movie posters for Disney classics like Snow White, Pinocchio, Sleeping Beauty, and more, instantly transforming these children's favorites into films we'd be scared to see as adults.
