TM M2 Faulty Iron Heads

I clean them in cold tap water gently with a toothbrush, they are stored in cool / ambient conditions etc etc. Regarding the first club, it happened down the driving range and I was playing 2 days later - I assumed it was a one off and they re-glued it for free. When the PW head came off I thought there may be a more general issue with the adhesive. My PW has now been with TM for nearly 2 weeks now.

I've only been playing 4 years and have had no issues up to now with club heads
