Townhouses, apartments proposed in south Charlotte – WSOC TV

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Two developers have filed a rezoning petition to build a mix of housing in south Charlotte.

Charlotte-based Childress Klein and Dominion Realty Partners, a Raleigh developer, are seeking to build up to 90 townhouses and 325 apartments at 2200 Cascade Pointe Blvd., an undeveloped site behind the South Charlotte VA Clinic off West Tyvola Road. The site is across Tyvola from LakePointe Corporate Center.
