So after some diggin i found out that if you save the game and return some time later i can happen that the lights stay red. For me: I let the last train run me over to see what would happen. I got stuck on the train and loaded the save game I had made just before. Thats what probably caused the Bug with the red Signal staying Red.

Almost one hour of my life wasted bc of my stupidity lol
