Tulsi Gabbard takes time out from limelight to share photos from 'incredible' workout session

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard seems to have found a better way to spend her time away from the limelight for a while.
The 42-year-old politician attended an intense workout session at a fitness center amid breaks from appearing on national television.
Gabbard is a regular Fox News contributor and often appears on shows like ‘Hannity’ and ‘Gutfeld’ to impart her valuable viewpoints on burning political matters of the day.
Only recently, Gabbard is being pitched as Donald Trump’s running mate for the 2024 Presidential Election, should he receive the GOP nomination. But that honor still hangs in the balance.
The former Congresswoman now seems to have devoted her time away from the limelight to keep herself fit and fab.

She attended an intense workout session with Jay Rose, founder of Phase Six Media who is renowned for his high functional training.
Tulsi Gabbard sweats it out in a fitness center away from the media limelight
Gabbard shared a few snippets of her time at the fitness center where she was engaged in performing high-intensity workouts.
The political commentator was spotted doing some heavy lifting at this fitness center. In one of the clips shared to her Instagram story, Gabbard was seen doing multiple repetitions of picking up a heavy kettlebell.
In the following clip, Gabbard performed the all-difficult Samurai Walk which works when one takes a small stride, with the back foot sent forward, without kicking off the ground.
Gabbard did the exercise with complete authenticity as she followed the lead of her instructor, Jay Rose.
The former Congresswoman also performed a special exercise created by Rose where she was seen squatting and then moving along the ground swiftly.

She did multiple reps of the exercise before going back to do the “Samurai Walk” once again.
Gabbard shared all of her training clips to her Instagram story and captioned one of them, “Thank you @Jay.Rose.Phase6 @Steph.Rose.Phase6 @Phase6Fitness for the incredible training session today”
She captioned another clip, “Building that Silverback strength”, depicting her seriousness of intent toward her fitness regime.
Tulsi Gabbard slams Biden admin for kicking veteran out of nursing home
Only a few days ago, Gabbard took to Instagram to share with her followers a disturbing piece of news about the state of veterans in the US.
She told her followers that to “make way for the illegal immigrants”, the government has canceled hotel reservations of many veterans and even kicked a 95-year-old veteran out of a nursing home.
Gabbard slammed the government, calling them out for “not caring about the American people."
