Every time Grisha saw Zeke, Eren was standing behind his Father. So, it’s possible that Grisha was looking at himself and Zeke through Eren’s perspective/memories. Meaning, in reality, Grisha wasn’t hugging anyone, but when seen through Eren’s memories, it seems like he is physically interacting with Zeke.

Theory 2: Grisha Briefly Entered The Paths

It’s possible that after eating the Founding Titan, Grisha briefly entered the Paths. At the same time, Eren and Zeke were also at the paths. And because Eren has the Coordinate and Zeke has the Royal blood, a physical connection is formed between the Father and the sons.
