Valorant Champions bundle (2023): Release date, skins, price and more

Valorant fans are just a few weeks away from the grandest Valorant event of this year, VCT Champions 2023. The top 16 teams after a gruesome season will land in La-La Land, Los Angeles. Now best teams from every region, Americas, EMEA, Pacific, and China will fight out to take home the beautiful Champions Trophy. To celebrate the VCT Champions, each year Riot Games releases one of the best skin lines in the game, Champions Bundle.

Riot Games celebrate this event as a festival with exclusive Champions music videos that are unmatched by any of the gaming franchise. Champions bundle just gives players a reason to wait for this mega event. Now it is the time of the year when players will finally get to see this beautiful bundle.

Valorat fans have been waiting to get a glimpse of the upcoming Champions bundle and now they finally have a first look at this beautiful skin bundle.

Everything you need to know about this year’s Valorant Champions Bundle

The previous Champions Bundle featured:

• 2021: Vandal and Karambit
• 2022: Phantom and Butterfly Knife

Now, for the second time in the history of VCT Champions, the upcoming Champions bundle will feature skin for Vandal and melee. Many fans and experts speculated since Riot Games already gave fans Champions skin for Vandal in 2021 and Phantom in 2022, it was the Operator’s turn to glow gold with Champions tint. However. Riot Games decided to go with vandal once again.

Aesthetically, unlike Champions Phantom, the previous Champions Vandal skin didn’t feature any change in the weapon design. However, this time Valorant fans will see a new Vandal design with Champions 3.0 Bundle. The skin features a beautiful and classic black and gold color scheme with good hints of purple tints, similar to Astra.

For the melee skin, devs have gone with Jett‘s Kunai knife which fans got with Valorant Go Vol. 1 bundle. This is yet another popular melee design after karambit and butterfly knives that players love to see. It is a completely unexpected pick from Riot Games which fans surely will love. The melee features a classic Champions color scheme and goes perfectly with the Vandal.

The finisher for the skinline is also very cool with VCT Champions Hourglass. In a nutshell, the Valorant Champions bundle includes:

Price, and release date for Valorant Champions 3.0 Bundle

The price for the new bundle has not been revealed as of now, however, it is not going to be cheap. The previous Champions 2021 and 2022 bundle were priced at 6263 VP and 6167 VP respectively. The interesting thing to notice is that the price of the 2022 bundle was actually less than the 2021 bundle. So it will be interesting to see what price tag Riot Games will slap on Champions Bundle 3.0. Riot Games distributes 50% of the earning from the Champions Bundle to the participating teams at VCT Champions which is a great gesture.

As for the release date goes, fans can expect this bundle to drop on 4 August, i.e. this Saturday. Fans should try to rock these beautiful skins for Vandal and melee and enjoy the VCT Champions 2023 to support their team.
