Spectators, teammates, and coaches, everyone was worried about White’s health as the intensity of the tackles that he face head-on was very high and the young QB could have suffered some long-lasting effects.

Jets HC Robert Saleh later gave an update on his situation and stated that the 27-year-old QB went straight to the hospital to get himself checked. White suffered two rib injuries while he was being inspected for further internal injuries.

Mike White understood the true spirit of the game and went on even when things were difficult for him. The QB took numerous hits but got up every single time until he couldn’t get up.

NFL Twitter was impressed with his dedication and applauded the 27-year-old for his bravery. However, the Jets’ offensive linesmen were brutally roasted, as they didn’t offer any protection to their QB.
