GREENSBORO, NORTH CAROLINA: 'My Big Fat Fabulous Life' star Whitney Thore's father Glenn Thore has been coping with the death of his wife Babara 'Babs' Thore. He has been living with his daughter in North Carolina.
Glenn's daughter Whitney and son Hunter are taking care of him in every possible way. In order to get past the pain of losing his wife, Whitney and Hunter have been making a bucket list to cheer up their father.
As a new episode of TLC's 'My Big Fat Fabulous Life' Season 11 showed Babs' funeral, fans were left concerned about Glenn's life.
A fan tweeted, "This is so hard for Whitney's dad Glenn to do what he did but pull the plug on his wife I hope he'll be alright Babs would appreciate him for doing the right thing #MyBigFatFabulousLife."
Another concerned fan wrote, "Aww, Babs. Glenn has lost his eye sparkle and the pep in his step. I may not be able to watch this season with him."

Whitney Thore's father Glenn Thore hospitalized after horrific car crash
Glenn recently met a horrific car accident. He was immediately admitted to a North Carolina hospital's emergency room.
Describing her father's accident, Whitney claimed, "Over the weekend I got one of those calls that you never want to get. My dad had been in a wreck."
She added, "Luckily, he was just a few minutes away from my house so I was able to get there quickly."
The car crash happened when Glen was trying to cross an intersection and the driver coming from the opposite side ran a red light and hit him.
Glenn got "X-rays, scans, and a CAT scan" after the crash. Whitney claimed that her father refused to take morphine even though he was "in a lot of pain."

Whitney and Hunter made an adventurous bucket list for their father. After Glenn told her daughter about losing his will to live, Whitney was left concerned about her father.
Therefore, in order to give him more reasons to live after Babs' death, she took him to do some sports activities and made a bucket list for her father.
Glenn's bucket list includes skydiving, going to Switzerland, swimming, getting a tattoo, and a glacier hike.
Whitney said in 'My Big Fat Fabulous Life' Season 11, "I wanted him to have some joy in his life and we had to find things to give him a reason to live."
How did TLC star Barbara 'Babs' Thore die?
Barbara 'Babs' Thore died on December 7, 2022. She has cerebral amyloid angiopathy, an untreatable progressive condition. This led her to have brain bleeding, stroke, and dementia.
Babs began having strokes in 2017. And the most recent one happened to her in November 13, 2022.
Calling her mother "family's greatest gift", Whitney told her fans, "What you may have witnessed and felt through a TV screen is a minute fraction that, even if multiplied by a million, wouldn’t come close to “real life.” That’s how enormous, how generous, and how all-encompassing my mother’s love was. I am the luckiest person on the planet to have been hers for almost 39 years."
'My Big Fat Fabulous Life' Season 11 premiered on September 5, 2023, and new episodes air every Tuesdat at 9 pm ET on TLC.
